I would like to know if its ok to convert my car to use water and gas whar is the down side

If you are talking about using compressed hydrogen as a fuel, the down side is cost and availability of hydrogen.
A better choice is Propane, cheaper than gas and since you are using a gas not a liquid, car will run much cleaner.
Several companies offer propane conversions, search the internet for propane conversion.
