2000 Toyota Corolla Fuel tank

Someone put water and bleach in my fuel tank. I'm suspecting. I put STP in the tank to clean it out. But my car is very sluggish at times and acts like its going to kill at stop signs and lights. Also when accelerating it doesn't immediately accelerate at times. What should I do.

There is no such thing as "mechanic in a can". Drain all the fuel and replace the fuel filter before refilling with fresh fuel. Your going to have some serious damage if you don't already.
