Hi -

I want to know which oil is recommended for Toyota corolla for every 3000 miles - regular oil or synthetic oil and why?

Please let me know your reply.

Thanks

Most synthetics are reccommended for high performance cars and especially turbocharged cars.

Synthetics will withstand a higher temperture before breaking down (coking) than conventional oils.
This is especially good for engines that are under high loads such as turbo, nitrous, supercharged.

I would use a good regular oil and change it every 3,000 miles and use a good oil filter (Toyota or Wix) and you will be fine.
