It sounds like you might have weak battery. Even though it shows good voltage it is not providing the required cranking amp to start the engine. So as you crank the engine the battery drain faster than it should and unable to start the engine.
But when you jump start it, it does allows you to start as the other vehicle provides the needed amperage to start.
Have the battery load tested, as that will put appropriate amount the load on the battery, just like it would when you try to start the engine.

You also might want to inspect the battery cable. As if you have corrosion build up it could have similar issue of not starting. Check for corrosion on the cable and the battery terminal.
