My oxygen sensor has a blue and white wire that got ripped out of conector the car side connector has colors that dont match

The car has brown and black? If so the brown is ground. Use a meter and do a continuity test on the sensor to see which one has conductivity to the body of the sensor, that will be the ground

Depends on what the wire is used for. Lighter gauge for computer stuff (no amp load) heavier gauge (lower #) for hi amp load stuff
