My corrola has been parked for 4 yrs. It ran fine when parked. I am to the point where I'm triing to start it. I replaced the fuel and fuel filter. I am getting no fuel through the fuel filter. How do I best figure what the problem is before I have to take the fuel tank off?

Do you hear the fuel pump come on? If not find the check connector in the engine compartment and jumper batt to Fp let me know what happened.

Did you add a fuel stabilizer to fuel?

If not then you have probably clogged up the entire fuel system with varnish as the gasoline decomposes, which usually starts within 30-60 days.

As Raz said short B+ and Fp on diagnostic link on left shock tower, if pump does not run, replace it.
