Lack of Power

I have a 1992 Toyota Celica with 163, 000 kms manual fwd. I was driving with the handbrake on for 5 minutes and noticed it,...I also noticed smoke coming out of the hood.. so i put the handbrake off...then some smoke came out of the back. Now the engine goes on but the car cannot move..it can move slightly with massive revs cannot be driveable. Thank you very much for taking the time to respond!!

Could be the brakes are locked-up or your clutch is slipping or gone.
