2000 toyota celica clutch problems

I having trouble with my celica gts the clutch is to low and it wont take fifth and sometimes sixth I wanted to try to bleed it but I cant find where to put the clutch fluid in for all I know it could be empty I know I have to change the clutch but trying to by some time can u help me with this problem if u have any other tricks let me know
