1990 Toyota Celica 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

I have a celica that overheats with 30 mins and blows smoke out the muffler. I took the radiator cap off and smoke started to come from it. Do you know what it might be?

What color smoke? Smell?
Notice low antifreeze levels? Oil in antifreeze? Antifreeze in oil?

It is white smoke and coolant sems to be leaking out but I didnt see any in the oil

Get a compression test done on all cylinders.
