How do I replace lamp behind temperature controls?

Can you make out exactly where the fluid is coming from? Take a look underneath the car. Does the puddle seem to be under the rear of the transmission? The front? The Center? If it's coming from around the front it could be the front seal leaking. If the center, then the drain pan gasket could be leaking. If the the rear then the rear seal could be leaking.

The light bulbs are behind them.
