Flushing out contaminated fuel

Hi

I just got a 2000 Toyota Camry, mileage is 70000km.

Car does not start, or starts and dies shortly afterwards because there is bad fuel in the fuel system.

How can I flush out or evacuate the contaminated fuel? Where can I locate a valve or something to let out the fuel? Tanx.

For what it matters, bad fuel is rare. The best way is to drop the tank and rinse it with fresh gas. You will need to replace the filter also.
