Re My ‘88 Toyota Camry DX 2L 4Cyl Automatic 220,000 Miles. Another question; the shifter for the automatic transmission is a bit jiggly and loose. I ask this in concert with my next question. The red “O/D Off” dash light is intermittent. (The over drive (4th gear) is actuated by the button on the back of the shifter). Could this be caused by the loose shifter, and is this a cause for concern, the concern being mainly about the loose shifter.
