Yes. Just make sure battery positive pole goes to positive electrical clamp. Battery negative pole to negative electrical clamp. I see few topics here making a mistake. Also use this battery wire brush to clean the inside of the electrical clamp and the outside of the battery pole for proper contact.

Computer just resets itself and will be back to normal around 30 miles.
