Hi amandamarie122,

What is wrong and are you sure your car is equipped with carbs and not injection system?

the previous owner of the car who actually was my boyfriends father said that all the car needed was a new carburetor... i'm not sure if thats a major part that is expensive or whaaat? im just curious as to how much it is cost to fix the carburetor without having a professional mechanic do it, like just the carburetor itself.

Hi amandamarie122,

Sory I am unable to provide any costing as it is irrelevant.

Try asking at the parts outlets and scrap yards.
