2000 Toyota Camry why?

When the car was running the check engine light was on and it ran rich to the point of running rough. It quit but the details are unknown on why it quit. Now it floods the cylinders to the point of fouling out the spark plugs. What might cause the overload of fuel?

First what are the codes? Second, sounds like you have a lose of spark and causing a overfueling issue.

Also check that the cold start injector is not stuck open.
