I'm thinking of buying a 99 toyota camry it idles a little rough and has a week cylinder, how much would this cost to fix? Would it be a good buy?

What you need to do- is get an engine compression check this will tell the condition of the engine its useless to give it a tune-up if there's mechanical problems with the engine.
