I came with a code of p0770 that the shoft selenoid is malfunction do I need to change the transmission oil?

DTC p0770 : Lock-up Solenoid (also called SL solenoid)

Possible causes are:

Lock-up solenoid is stuck open or closed
Valve body clogged or valve stuck
TCC (torque converter clutch) malfunction
