How to fix speedometer if it is intermitent

Hi there,

Make speedo cable is secured onto the drive at the rear of the transmission, the outer knurled nut screws onto the drive the inner cable it located into a slot, if this is loose the speedo can malfunction, if that is ok the speedo head in the dash will more than likely be faulty.
