1992 Toyota Camry I broked my airfilter

My car got hitted into this one bicycle, and the airfilter broked and now [oil] or somekind of brown water is spilled EVERYWHERE! What do I do to fix this problem? Do I need to change that part?

What kind of bicycle can do that damage?

I believe it is the radiator that you are referring to as the air filter is way deep inside and if the impact had caused so much damage, the air bag might have been deployed ;)

The brown liquid should be rusty coolant so be careful, you might overheat the engine if you keep driving the car.

Get the radiator checked.
