I have a 1991 Toyota camry that currently has has 145000 miles on it and won't start. When you go to turn the key on the radio comes on so there is nothing wrong with the battery but the car will not start. There is no clicking sound when you turn the key so I thought maybe the starter went out so I replaced that and it still has the same problem. Do you have any ideas?

Hi there,

Check all battery terminals and tight and clean, check for 12V at starter battery cable. Disconnect small withe at starter solenoid, have someone turn key to start and check for power at this terminal. If power when at start position fault will be in starter ( with 12 at main cable) if no power you have a problem in the switch or in the cable to the solinoid.

Yep, there is a starter relay I would swap out, here is the starter wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and I have included a guide and the relay locations below.
