I HEAR RATTLING NOISE NEAR THE LEFT WHEEL
WELL. SOMETIMES IT SOUNDS LIKE THE TIRE
IS COMING OFF. WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM
AND HOW MUCH WOULD IT COST TO FIX IT.

Hi there,

Jack up the wheel and check the wheel bearing free play, there should be no movement when rocking the wheel side to side, spin the wheel and listen foe any noise, inspect the drakes for wear and metal to metal contact, if the noise is as loud as you say, it should be an easy job to locate the fault. As for costs, depending on what you find, you would be best getting a quote when you know what is at fault.
