1995 Toyota Avalon creaking when turning

My toyota creaks when turning. Does not do it when I turn wheels when car is in park. When driving or sittlng still in drive it will make this noise. Thanks

I am suspecting wheel bearing, does this noise occur when you apply the brakes? Does this noise occur when you turn left or right? Or both. Depending on whether you are turning left or right determines whether its the inside or outside bearing. I am not sure if this is the creaking you are talking about. More details.
