1995 Toyota 4Runner fan belt noises

For the past 2weeks, i have been hearing a noise coming from the fan belt next to the power steering pump. the pulley looks wobbling while the engine is running and there's a noise that accompanies with it. I took the SUV to the dealer and told me that my power steering pump and pulley needs to be replaced for $1540? is this price reasonable? can i replace it myself?

WOW! Only $1500 for a new p/s pump and pulley? Yes you can replace it yourself, the pulley bolts on so it requires no special pullers like some cars. That is a large price tag for that job
