Installed new tensioner timing is right on and as I was turning engine over the tensioner is activating back and forth it will pop out then pop in. I thought no oil pressure yet so thought it was common does that sound right? Timing is right on and the end cap for tensioner is a funny designed the dog ear piece goes in a little slot I was looking for a dial hole? Thanks
