Hi,

I just recently bought the car listed above. This car had been sitting in storage for about 1 1/2 years. Previous owner bought it and never actually drove it because it has a electrical issues that I've fixed, well about 90% fixed. Still trying to find what's draining the battery but that's another story. Well the previous owner never did any maintenance to the car at all. The car turns over and runs great. One of my main concerns is timing belt only because I have no idea if the 1uz engines are engines were valves and positions can collide should the timing belt brake. So I was wondering if someone could help me in providing instructions on how to remove and replace the timing belt.

Thank you,
Rob

Hello,

I have included the information that you requested in the diagrams below. I can also provide you a guide on how to find parasitic draw, but you will have to ask as a separate question for archival thread purposes. Please go through the guide for the removal and installation of your vehicle's timing belt and get back to us with how everything turns out.

Thanks,
Alex
