Put timing belt on but car will not crank?

I would disenable the job because it sounds like something is off tightened on wrong or something. This is not an interference engine, so I believe the pistons or not hitting the valves. You can start by removing the drive belt to see if that helps. Let me know what you find and upload pictures please.
