I know most cars need to have their timing belt replace around 60,000miles and was wondering about my car and the conflicting comment that it may or may not have a timing belt.
Can you confirm this and if it is a timing chain, what needs to be done as a service measure.

timing chains only get replaced when they have an issue or at overhaul

if it has a belt there will be plastic covers in the front of the motor. if they are solid then it has a chain

mileage is 100 k for this service
