Ticking under dash

We can get the truck to start. Changed the fuse panel and still have same issue there is a ticking under the dash and most electrical does not work. Door locks, radio, cruise do not work, and back doors will not open. The windows do work.

Ticking may be a circuit breaker.

check fuses under hood as some of those supply power to the area you are talking about it will probably be one of the larger fuses as fuse 50 supplies door locks. use a volt meter or test light on both sides.
