theft light stays on, but car starts fine and drives?

Theft system came on, left key in on position for 10 light stop blinking and shut off. Turn the key off and then started car. But now the theft light stays on? But car starts fine and drives. How can I get light to turn off?

It sounds like the system just needs to be reset I would do a hard system reboot, here is a guide to help you fix the problem. Also, you can leave the battery disconnected overnight as well.
