The flat bars that connect the fron tend to the car frame, right side is bent

The right side is flexing up and down and causing a steering problem

That needs to be inspected at a tire and alignment shop. Those control arms and links are built to very precise shapes and dimensions to hold the wheels in proper alignment. They get bent from crashes or from hitting something, then they must be replaced. Since no two parts are ever exactly the same. The car needs to be aligned when the repairs are completed.
