What’s exactly is that other than adding Mystery Oil in my gas tank and by the looks of the description of service to restore fuel and by cleaning out the Mass Airflow sensor and then using either Seafoam to spray in the intake to clean and burn out deposits while engine running and throttle body cleaner? For the last?

Well, it's not something that is required by Infinity. You basically have it correct. It involves cleaning the throttle body (actually a good idea but not "required") then they add a cleaner to the fuel tank (I prefer to just dump in a half can of Berryman's myself as it works better) and then either using an injector cleaner or similar to clean out any deposits. If the engine is a GDI system (gasoline direct injection) then I can see this being done because there is no fuel to wash the built-up crud from the PCV system off the valves and they start sticking and causing problems. However, on a conventional port injected engine like yours anything beyond cleaning the throttle body isn't really needed. And that can usually be done easily on most engines.

Very intrigued on the product called Barryman’s that you mentioned. I would like to give that a try. Especially on my 2008 Chevy Cobalt Coupe Manual.

It's a great product that actually works as it says it does. Not a common thing for that type of product.
