Sorry to here you are having problems with your Charger overheating. On occasion, the part can be bad out of the box, but assuming that they are fine, let's move on from the repairs you have completed already. The next possible culprit is your cooling fans are not coming on. Once you get your car up to operating temperature (halfway between cold and hot), you should be able to hear your electric cooling fans kick on. If you don't, take a look under the hood with the car running. If it is not running this may be your problem. This also manifests when your car tends to overheat faster when sitting verses when moving and air is moving past the engine. So, in short, if the cooling fan doesn't come on it's not helping cool your engine and it needs to be replaced.
