TCC solenoid, code P0741?

My car shakes very aggressively when shifting into higher gears and sometimes down shifting, I got a code read and the code p0741 came up. The thing is, I can't find the part anywhere. Nowhere has it and I'm not sure what to do.

Here is what is said about the code:

Code P0741 indicates a problem with the TCC system, specifically that there is an insufficient or excessive amount of hydraulic pressure in the system.

I would make sure the transmission is full of fluid, also there is a filter on the side of the transmission that I would change which can cause low pressure as well. Here is how you can change the fluid out with the filter in the images below. If that doesn't help you may need a rebuilt valve body, or the fluid pump is going out. Please let us know what happens.
