I have checked all of our service manuals and we actually do not have a process on how to do this. That is not uncommon on older vehicles like this because they basically left things like this for the mechanics to just figure out.
So let's do it that way.
Can you get a few pictures of the area and we will take a look at it and tell you what it looks like needs to be done in order to replace them?
Normally, there is either a screw holding the cover on or you access them form the inside paneling. Just snap a few pictures and we can work through this. I may need you to take others once we see the first one but I am sure we can figure it out. Thanks
