As I am driving with very little pressure on the gas the car will surge/buck kind of thing. It does not do it all the time usually if it is wet out or snow it seems. I am pretty sure it is not a transmission issue. I am leaning more towards coil ignition pack or fuel issue. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you

Try cleaning throttle plate on both sides and IAC hole they get gummy and will surge. Then at night spray water from a bottle like Windex on coil/plug wires see what happen if leakage they will throw spark.
