Sunroof Cover removal and installation?

My vehicle listed above hrv vti-l came without its sunroof cover. I’m wondering how difficult the process of removing it from one car and installing it into mine will be.

It's not a lot of fun as you have to remove the headliner to get to the track under the sunroof frame. To do that you have to remove the trim at the windshield, the door pillar and rear pillar trim. Sun visors and grab handles have to come out. Then remove the headliner and you can get to the track assembly. Once you get to that the sliding shield is easy, there is the front handle that snaps together and two clips in the tracks that are removed to remove or install the shield. It's all the parts you need to remove first that are the problem.
