I would like to replace the weatherstrip on the sunroof in the front of it. How do I do that?

If you have water leakage the issue is more likely to be plugged drains as the seals are more for wind noise than stopping water. Weed eater string works pretty well to go down through the drains and push out any dirt/crud in them. Just be careful as you can push the tubes off the ends and then you have to drop the headliner to get to the tubes.

As for replacing the seals, you simply pull the old one out of the groove and off the lip in the back. The new ones can be installed upside down so be sure to look at the original before you remove it so you do not flip it over.
There is an outfit called mercedessource. Com that has seals and seal kits that come with any tools and the special grease to keep them working properly.

Yes, I just want to replace the seal because of cracks in it and afraid for leakage inside the roof and do damage. I got the new seal coming. Seems pretty easy to pull the old one out and put the new one in. Thank you for your help and it did help me not to panic. I will need help for other things soon. Thank you for you site and your quick response.
