Hi there,

Look where they go into the body, there is a nut, undo nut and wiggle wiper arm as it sits on a splined taper. with arms off, turn on wipers and watch pivot, it will go back and forth. Turn of with wiper switch(NOT KEY) Wiper pivot will self park. Re fit wiper arm so it sits a bottom of screen, tighten nut making sure arm is sitting on pivot fully. Test.

If wiper pivots are ok and wiper motor is servicable all should work as new.
