Over the past six months the stick shift has been popping out of second gear, this was starting to happen with first. The other day, I couldn't throw it in second, and first and third have been extremely difficult to shift into. Would draining the transmission help this or is this the transmission? Or the clutch?

Hi there,

A faulty clutch won't cause a transmission to through out of gear, your problem will be in the detent of the selector or the syncro shift hub assembly, your transmission will have to be removed to inspect this.
