1993 Subaru Legacy water pump

Okay I took the tensioners off and I got the water pump out put it back in and I cant get the belt around the tensioners. Is there a special way to get it on?

You may have to loosen the alternator or an accessory to get the belt on then put back in right area and retighten then release belt tensioner.

You also may have the wrong belt.
