1992 Subaru Legacy high running rpms

1992 Subaru Legacy 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

the 02 censor on the catylictic converter was changed/fixed and now the rpms are running high after driving a few a few blocks the car has been sitting for the last three months and there is also transmission fluid leaking. how do i fix?

If the car has been sitting, check the throtle cable to the throtle body. Make sure a mouse or something hasn't built a nest or something and it's blocking the cable. Also, can you tell where the ATF is leaking from?
