stutter

I was driving and it feels like my car is stuttering and at some point it felt like i had a flat, but when i got out there was nothing wrong with the tires. Also, there is a hesitated start when i turn the key.

have battery checked for condition including load test weak batteries cause all kinds of problems. Also, make sure terminal ends are clean. See link:
