My truck started stuttering like a bumping when shifting into second gear, I had to let off the gas for it to stop, but it still was do it a little bit and still dose it like there's a miss in it. I can rev it up in the driveway and if I do it quickly I can kind of hear somewhat of a miss the miss or stutter is like I don't maybe running a dry eraser across a table surface or something and it kind of comes and goes, especially slowing down taking off. I have any idea what it could be?

It does sound like an engine misfire. I would start by changing the spark plugs and I would run the codes to see if it will tell you which cylinder is misfiring, if so, replace the ignition coil for that cylinder as well. Here are some guides and a video to help walk you through the steps needed and specific information in the diagrams below for your truck:

Spark Plug Type .................... AWSF-32P
Torque 18 Nm (13 lb-ft)

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
