The car is currently stuck on defrost. I know that it has at least 2 actuators associated with the HVAC system, but I need help locating which one I need to replace. If instructions can be shared on the removal process as well that would be greatly appreciated.

Sure, this would be the mode actuator, here is its location and how to change it out with the recalibration instructions as well. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

I am sorry they don't list the part number; you will need to call the dealer for it.
