Strut coils

I am having an impossible time finding strut coils for the car. Is it possible to use the strut and coil assembly for a 2005 Ford Taurus which is the same chassis and everything if so that would be awesome any help would be great.

AWD and FWD are different, there is more more weight on AWD struts. So this may be a dealer only sort of part.
