I get a grinding noise every time I am at speeds lower than twenty mph and it is very loud. When I am at approximately forty mph the noise gets lowered and it is almost like a cricket’s sound. When I am on the highway the noise disappears.
The noise started after I had the rear sway bars replaced.

Can you tell if it is coming from the rear end? If so jack up and spin each wheel and listen for sounds, feel for loose wheel bearings. There should be no movement in the bearing while rocking up and down or side to side. If nothing here do same with front wheels. Always work on a firm base and use jack stands, do not get under an unsupported car ever. Start here.
