Hi,
Okay, the p0138 is related to an oxygen sensor, but i feel it is set as a result of the p0117, which is related to the coolant temperature sensor. The p0117 could also be tied into the p0171. That indicates a lean fuel mixture.
The coolant temperature sensor is responsible for telling the computer how cold or warm the engine is. If it is indicating it is at operating temp or has failed, it can cause the computer to create a lean fuel mixture, thus setting the other two codes.
Do you have access to a live data scanner? If you do, plug it in and check what temperature the ECT is indicating the coolant to be and let me know what you find.
Next, here is a link that explains the most common causes for a crank no start. I suspect it may not help with this issue, but take a look through it.

Also, if possible I would like you to check if there is both fuel to the engine and check the ignition system for spark to the plugs. Here are two links that show in general how it is done:

Do this and let me know what you find. One last question. Does it sound normal when the engine is cranking?
Let me know.
Joe
