I have a creaking sound sort of like when you grind your teeth, coming from the front end of my car. I had just changed the stabilizer bar links and the passenger side front control arm bushing the vertical towards rear of car. Sound happens when stationary and when moving and only when turning the steering wheel.

Have someone turn the wheel while you listen for exactly where the sound is coming from. It could just be that the control arm bushing needs to work in a little.
