Steering wheel pump sqeuakes and bubbles

My car's steering wheels sqeaks and bubbles which makes the engine pull harder

Make sure pump is full then turn to lock and hold for 20 seconds then do the same in other direction do that 3 times then check fluid level see if it changes if not then have alocal pro take a look at it. May have low pressure.
