Steering wheel /horn wiring trouble

I have the car listed above sedan. The steering wheel currently removed and the front cover broken however not irreparable. When attempting to install the steering wheel and more specifically the horn I was met with a small wire and cannot seem to find the place in which it fits. I was not the one who removed the steering wheel the first time so I don't know where it was plugged in before this point.

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.

I'm not sure, but in the picture it looks green. I can only see a portion of it. If it is green with a red tracer, it goes to the horn switch. Take a look at the schematic I attached.

Now, with the key on, if that is the wire for the horn switch, it will always have power. Ground is provided by the switch to sound the horn.

To check for power, use a simple test light. Here is a link that you may find helpful:
